  • Detailed planning of the renovation of the two storied penthouses for a young family.  The night wing is in the bottom floor.
  • It houses suites for the parents and each of the three children, and family resting region from which one exits to the balcony that opens up to the view of Ramat Aviv.
  • The top floor houses all the "shared" facilities, namely, main kitchen, dining room and entertaining space.
  • The outdoor is generous in size with a breath-taking view:  the sea in the west and the Shomron Hills in the east.

  • Interior staircase illuminated by natural Skylight. Casting a dynamic interplay of light and shadow across the steps and the adjacent feature wall.

  • A light filled, spacious kitchen as the functional core; naturally lit-designed as the central node. Clean lines and purposeful detailing.

  • Master suite above the sea. Private, serene and open to infinite views - where the horizon becomes part of the living experience.

  • UpperI level terrace with 270° panoramic views, surrounded by the sea as anchored on a private peninsula, blurring the line between home and infinity.
