  • A 2 stories penthouse the size of a whole floor + its roof.
  • It is characterized by its very large spaces and with exclusive suites.
  • In between the 2 stories there are outdoor staircases whose steps are made like transparent water drops which create a feeling of hovering.
  • This is what accompanies the inhabitants and their visitors in the outdoors and on the roof where they have an unrestricted view of the sea.
  • Exterior floating staircase, reminiscent of a fishbone skeleton, connects the main terrace to the rooftop lounge. Its lightweight, sculptural design Seems to defy gravity.

  • The rooftop lounge offers a fully equipped outdoor bar and a variety of seating areas, including a sea- facing counter. Designed for both relaxation and entertaining -where ocean views, coastal breeze and thoughtful details come together refined yet to create an inviting atmosphere.

  • Master suite designed in elegant Manhattan inspired style, offers sweeping sea views from every direction, immersing the space in natural light and horizon lines. Mirrored feature wall amplifies the sense of openness, reflecting both the ocean and the architecture into an infinite visual experience.
