  • Planning five towers reaching 22 floors set at 45 degrees for open views in 100% of apartments.
  • Challenge: sukkah balcony for religious-national public for all apartments, exit from living area (day wing)
  • Detailed design of 5 towers (the highest one being of 22 stories) indicated for religious inhabitants (datiim leumiim).
  • Each flat has a balcony suitable for a Soucca which actually is a "sun balcony", open to the sky and the entrance to it always via the day quarters.
  • The plan includes a cross section of a typical floor divided into two, so that each half can confine 2 flats of 5 rooms, or a 6 room flat and a 4 room one. Thus, flexibility of marketing was achieved.
  • In between these two halves are the staircases, the lifts and the 4 reinforced rooms - all the way to the top floor.
  • In between the towers there is an "attractive" open space for the tenants and others. The open space is closed to vehicles so that the tenants and the children enjoy a safe environment.
  • Sukkot is a Jewish festival that lasts 7 days in Israel (8 outside Israel). It usually falls in September or October.
  • The word Sukkot means “booths” or “huts”, and it commemorates the 40 years the Israelites wandered in the desert after leaving Egypt, living in temporary shelters.
  • This picture was taken in one of the 7 days of Sukkot hollyday.
