  • Detailed planning of the prestigious tower with a unique structure.
  • Instructions in the outline plan - 2000 wide/ 3 high, enables an additional 40 sq. m. to every flat having a ceilinged balcony.  This fact led to the planning of a graded tower:
  • in its lower stories - flats with  sun balconies of 22 sq.m.  
  • The tower has an impressive Atrium in the main entrance, its height being 5 stories high.

 

 

 

 

Love Hill Tower

  • The main lobby rises to height of 18 meters, providing special response to the tiered configuration of the lower floors
  • The transparency of the unique lobby is evident both inward and outward. Natural   light  flouds the space during the day, while the interior lighting sparkles at night, and can be seen from afar
  • The internal atrium rises to height of 20 meters – reflection of the terracing the lower five floors
  • The  terracing of the lower  floors enabled the utilization of surplus building rights totaling hundreds of square meters.
