  • Commercial Center having 2 underground stories and over ground -being 3 stories high. 
  • The plot being narrow and long developed this special plan.  The sides of the building "draw" the contour of the plot and the open spaces are in the center - thus embellishing the commercial areas and creating a feeling of an exclusive Open Space. 
  • The Center is made up of 2 blocks, one of which is turned in relation to the other creating a certain "interest" and breaking the "box" effect and embellishing the appearance of the Center.
